Prideaux Build is a family owned Property Development & Building Contracting Company based in the beautiful Duchy of Cornwall. With an impressive array of experienced Directors, in house staff and loyal sub-contractors, our building and development knowledge extends to well over 25 years.
All our in house developments have been built by our own teams of experiencing craftsmen, and alongside this we have provided our Building Contractor services, to build private client’s bespoke houses, challenging extensions, refurbishment work, replacement kitchens and bathrooms, external work as well as having instructions from various local Companies to complete their works as needed.
We take pride in our work and uphold very high standards in everything that we do. Whether this is the development of one of our own projects, or providing building contracting to our commercial clients.
